Version 2026-08-18
Terms of Service
These terms are a working template for a self-hosted deployment of TicketHost. Before you run this for anyone but yourself, have them reviewed by someone qualified in your jurisdiction — this file is not legal advice.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Tell the operator immediately if you think it has been compromised. You can see and revoke your active sessions at any time.
2. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access projects you were not added to, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission from the operator.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the tickets and comments you write. You grant the operator the licence needed to store and display them to the other members of your projects.
4. Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. The operator may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
5. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Privacy settings. Tickets and comments remain in their projects with your identity replaced by a placeholder, because they are part of other people's work records.
6. Changes
When these terms change, the version number changes and you are asked to accept the new version at your next sign-in.
